Here's some bad news for the fans of Colors' fictional show Thapki Pyar Ki. The show is soon to go off air. Yes, you heard it right. Our close sources informed us that the show will soon not be able to see the light of day in a few weeks time.

"Thapki Pyar Ki will go off air tentatively in a month's time. It couldn't get the desired TRPs and hence the makers have decided to pull it off air. Despite the time slot being changed, things did not work." stated the source. Apparently, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki is also considered to be on the list of shows to be bidding adieu soon but nothing is concrete on that end.

Thapki Pyar Ki stars Jigyasa Singh, Manish Goplani and Ankit Bhatla in the lead. It began with the topic of a simple girl who faces the issue of stammering and unclear diction. The story of how she overcomes her weakness and hurdles of life emerging into an independent woman, interested viewers who started getting hooked onto the show. But just like the majority of our Indian Dramas, the show too lost its originality and switched on getting on board bizarre content. It made headlines last year when the entry of a gorilla was shown. Apparently, the animal was shown falling in love with the protagonist after she helps him. After the Naagins, Dayans, Chudails, Flies and much more, here is Thapki Pyaar Ki all geared up to compete with the bizarre plotted serials!

We remember how a few months ago, Indian TV had probably lost its sanity. Simar from Sasural Simar Ka had turned into fly and that was followed by the protagonist of Thapki making a Gorilla fall in love with her! Yes, you read it right! Thapki aka Jigyasa Singh rescues a gorilla from a zoo who then falls head over heels in love with her! Jigyasa too posted a snap on Instagram revealing the same!

Well, one might think what is wrong if an animal loves his master! Nothing wrong we say! If you love animals, they will love you in abundance in return! We almost agree to this and then looking at the getup of the gorilla in Thapki makes us simply go feeling dizzy.
