Arjun Bijlani recently wrapped his TV show Ishq Mein Marjawan which used to air on Colors TV. The show was one of the top daily soap dramas. For the first time, Arjun had played a grey character on screen and the audience loved his performance. In an interview with Hindustan Times, he got candid about the show and much more.

The actor revealed that Ishq Mein Marjawan was supposed to last for 6 months but went on for 2 years. About playing a grey character, he said that he took a chance and it paid off and people even loved him. He kept getting extensions and also got to do a lot of action in the show.

Although he had injured himself a lot while shooting these action scenes, Arjun feels that all was worth it. He added, "Usually, TV shows are female character-oriented but this one had an equal role for the male character which is why I took it up. It was tricky to play the tough guy with a soft heart but a killer instinct."

About what he wants to do next, Arjun Bijlani revealed that he has two web shows in his line up and wants to see how they pan out. However, right now, he wants to take a month or two off from work to analyse his career and life.
