Karanvir Bohra is on cloud nine as he recently got awarded with Best Reality Icon Award at Page 3 Awards for his stint in Bigg Boss season 12. KV took to his official Instagram handle to share about the same and dedicated the award to his late maternal grandmother. For the unversed, a few days back, he revealed on social media that his Naani passed away. He posted two photos, one of himself and another of him with his maternal grandmother.

This award is dedicated to my Nani(baddimummy), for she was my biggest #cheerleader while watching #biggboss and was always concerned about my health more than hers .... so glad to have spent some good times with her before she left for her #heavenlyabode.Whenever i would meet her or talk to her on the phone, she would greet me by saying this "aap aye, mere mandir mein aye srinathji"Oh! baddi you will be missed so so so so much. #missyounani #sakhi #jaisrikrishna #coolestnaniever (don't miss the peace sign in pic 2 )," he captioned the pic.

Talking about Karanvir Bohra, he is best known for his roles in serials such as Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Shararat, Qubool Hai and Saubhagyavati Bhava among others. Recently, he was in the news as he was detained at the Moscow airport. He was last seen in Bigg Boss 12 where he was one of the finalists. He was the fifth runner-up, but he was one of the loved contestants.

He was in Moscow to attend the MacCoffee Bollywood Film Festival. Karanvir took to Twitter to seek help about it and his tweet was noticed by the Indian Embassy in Moscow and helped him with new passport and visa. After the issue, he landed in another problem. He later met with an accident in Moscow but wasn't majorly injured.
