While Indian television shows are known to popularise the concept of ideal daughters-in-law, a new show coming up on Star Plus aims to break that norm. Starring Shrenu Parikh as Janhvi Mittal, Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna is a new show which will go on-air next week and has a different take on daughters-in-law. In the promo of the show, we saw Janhvi as the daughter-in-law of an affluent and rich family that has everything. However, Janhvi creates a facade of an ideal bahu to hide her evil intentions.

For the first time, Shrenu will be playing the role of an antagonist and that is causing her fans to go berserk with the promo of the show. Amidst all this, Shrenu aka Janhvi took to Instagram to introduce the head of the Mittal family, her father-in-law in a condescending post. In the photo, we can see Janhvi posing with her father-in-law who appears to be a rich and powerful man with a humble heart.

Janhvi wrote, “Miliye mere aadarniya Sasurjii se, yeh bahar se jitne sakt dikhte hain, dil se utne hi narm hainaur bewakoof bhi.... #EkBhramSarvagunSampanna, 22nd April 7pm on @StarPlus #AyubKhan @odiekhan.” While Janhvi called him a soft-hearted person, she also mocked him and called him a fool in the same post. As per reports, the show is based on the real-life story of a rich and affluent family whose daughter-in-law only pretended to be nice and ideal but actually turned out to be pretty evil. Shrenu has been working very hard for the show and has resorted to reading thriller novels as well as watching serious shows. Shrenu is also avoiding the media to keep the curiosity related to the show intact. Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna is going to air on April 22, 2019, on Star Plus at 7 PM.
