EXCLUSIVE: Amitabh Bachchan's Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 to premiere from THIS date

Amitabh Bachchan will soon return to the Television screens with his popular quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati. The show will air its eleventh season this year and has always managed to the top the TRP list, thanks to the loyalty of the fans. The registrations for the show began in May and if you are waiting for the show to premiere, well, we have some news for you. If our sources are to be believed, Big B will soon begin shooting for the show with the show going on air next month.

A source informs, "Amitabh Bachchan will begin shooting for the show from August 1. The contestants for the show are currently being locked. Given that the channel will be launching another show before KBC, they are yet to fix the premiere date but mostly it will go on air in the third week of August, 19th August. Final discussion on the same is ongoing though." Well, it will be interesting to see if Bigg Boss 13 will clash with KBC. Last time the clash was averted as BB 12 aired post 10.

Meanwhile, Amitabh has been a part of the show for nine seasons. Speaking about his association with the general knowledge-based game show, Big B on his blog wrote, "It's 2019 and it all began in 2000. 19 years and a gap of about two years when it did not happen for me. But 17 years is a lifetime and a lifetime that was given a lifeline by you."
