However, in a recent interview, Jennifer clearly mentioned that she will always be a TV girl despite taking on any other form of media. The actor addressed the tag of ‘TV girl’ and stated it’s a proud thing for her. Jennifer mentioned that there have been situations where being associated with TV might have gone against her as well. But, she mentioned that she is proud of her work and doesn’t want to work with anyone who doesn't respect where she is coming from. Jennifer said, “I proudly affirm that I am TV’s girl. Though at times, that seems to have gone against me, but I am glad that it did because I wouldn’t want to work with anyone who doesn’t respect me for who I am and what I do. I’ve never seen it as a hindrance but rather a stepping stone to achieving bigger and better.” Recently, news is doing the rounds that the storyline of a sequel to Beyhadh has been locked in and Jennifer will be revamping the role of Maya once again for the show. Jennifer’s last stint on TV was Bepannaah with Harshad Chopda where she played the role of Zoya.
