If there is one celebrity on television whose rise and fall was witnessed by everyone in the nation, it is the star comedian Kapil Sharma. The star of The Kapil Sharma Show had been controversy's favourite child in the past and was involved in various incidents where he lashed out on media. Post his misbehaviour with his co-star Sunil Grover, his show witnessed a downfall and was eventually pulled down by the channel. After seeing the lowest period, Kapil decided to take a break and bounced back with more zeal.

Recently, at an event, Kapil opened up about his rise and failure and mentioned that in the one year, he learnt a lot. He mentioned that he took being famous for granted and now has learnt that being a celebrity also means being responsible. Thus, Kapil mentioned that he thinks before saying anything and has matured in terms of public interaction. Kapil said, “I talk straight from my heart. I am a bit cautious now. There is a responsibility as a celebrity and I feel I need to mature and not talk nonsense.”

Also, he thanked all the people who stood by him in the low phase of his life and appreciated their support. Kapil mentioned that failure taught him many things and he is grateful to all those who stood by him. He said, “You learn a lot from failure. I also learnt a lot during this phase and I would try not to repeat it again. I am thankful to those who stood by me.” He also mentioned that he is afraid of the fact that negativity is more easily spread that good deeds and hence, he is more careful of what he says in public.
