Karanvir Bohra left for Russia this morning to attend the MacCoffee Bollywood Film Festival. However, the Bigg Boss 12 fame and Naagin actor is now worried with him being held at the Moscow airport. Karanvir took to Twitter to express his anger over being stranded at the airport after his passport was found a bit damaged. He wrote, "so bummed... waiting at #moscowairport coz my passport is a little damaged. They contemplating to deport me back to India. @IndEmbMoscowRus @IndEmbMoscow i wished you would have told me that prior to issuing me the visa.feeling bad for @IndianFilmsRus."

His wife, Teejay Sidhu too took to Twitter to express her disappointment over the same. She wrote, "Indian authorities need to resolve these legal issues before a citizen to leaves India. Other countries are often strict with security protocols. What is one supposed to do after landing in a foreign country?" Replying to it, Ashok Patel, a representative of Indian students in Russia, assured Teejay of necessary action to be taken. Check out the tweets right here:

Meanwhile, the embassy is also making sure to do everything possible to rectify the situation.

Karanvir was last seen in Bigg Boss 12 and is currently on a sabbatical. He attended a lot of events and shows in the last one month and has been making sure to make it up for the last 3 months.
