Naamkarann actor Neelu Kohli to resume work soon post recovering from dengue
Neelu Kohli will soon resume working for Naamkarann.
Naamkarann actor Neelu Kohli who was diagnosed with dengue earlier this month in a statement said that she is recovering and will soon begin shooting for the show.
She is seen playing the role of Harleen Khanna in the show.
In a statement to a leading news agency, she wrote, “I was earlier admitted to hospital and was advised 15 days’ rest. Now I am healthy to be back on work, but yes still a victim to general weakness which will take time to recover."
"I am getting back to shoot tomorrow or day after that,” she added.
Mahesh Bhatt's Naamkarann airs on Star Plus and features Aditi Rathore, Zain Imam and Ragini Shah.
Neelu further added that she is missing her Naamkarann family. “I missed my ‘Naamkarann’ family, including Gulfam Khan, Sayantani Gupta, Zain, Aditi and others. We enjoy and have fun, and eat together on sets,” said Neelu.
She further added, “But I had a good time with my real family. My son (Saheb) came back home after six months as he is in merchant navy and his wife Tripti. Also, my daughter Sahiba came back home after six long years."
Talking about the show, Reema Lagoo who essayed the role of Dayawanti Mehta in the show recently passed away leaving a void amongst the audience. Later, Ragini Shah replaced her.
The show is currently showing an interesting plot where Neil and Avni are seen coming close while Ali vouches to make Avni realize his love.
