PHOTOS: Nach Baliye 9 contestant Babita Phogat looks pretty in a red attire as she begins her wedding rituals

The wedding season has begun and full swing. After a number of TV celebrities, now it is time for wrestler-turned politician  Babita Phogat to get hitched. Yes, Babita Phogat, who was last seen in Nach Baliye 9, is all set to tie the knot with her fiance Vivek Suhag, and their wedding rituals have already begun. Babita recently shared pictures from her first pre-wedding ceremony, 'Baan' on Thursday. She shared four pictures from the ceremony on Twitter and wrote, "Shaadi ki peheli rasam, Baan (The first ritual before wedding). Baan was celebrated by the Phogat family at her residence.

For the ritual, Babita was dressed in a pretty red traditional attire. She wore a bright red kurta and teamed it with midnight blue palazzos. What caught our attention was her multicolored dupatta that had shades of yellow, red and blue. Babita left her curly hair open. She completed the look with basic make-up and a tika. She looked very happy as she posed for pictures with her family and was also seen performing rituals with sheer simplicity. Take a look at the beautiful pictures here: 

Early on Wednesday, Babita and Vivek visited the Parliament . They invited Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Jagat Prakash Nadda (tBJP working president) to grace the wedding with their presence. The couple is all set to exchange wedding vows on 1st December (this Sunday). Babita entered into politics with her father in August and became a member of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP). She also contested elections from Charkhi Dadri in Haryana, but lost.
