Salman Khan has ventured into producing television shows. After the latest season of the Kapil Sharma Show, Salman will be producing the upcoming season of dance reality show Nach Baliye. Unlike previous seasons, the 9th season will feature ex-couples performing together. According to the buzz, the show will be hosted by Bepannah star Jennifer Winget and comedian Sunil Grover, who shared the big screen with Salman in his recent film Bharat.

Nach Baliye is a well-known dance reality show where ten celebrity couples compete against each other to win the title. Superstar Salman Khan surprised viewers when he announced that this season will see a twist. Instead of celebrity couples, for the first time in the history of Indian television, ex-couples will come together to participate in the dance competition. In his opinion, it is a unique concept and the audience is already excited for the upcoming season.

Talking about the theme, in a statement Salman said, “Yes, we are producing Nach Baliye as its concept is very unique to have ex-couples dancing together. The positive part is that there’s no negative confrontation. You’re not together anymore and you come back and you work together so past is forgiven, forgotten and you’re working.”

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently riding high on the success of his recent release Bharat. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Nora Fatehi in important roles and is the remake of Korean hit Ode to my Father.
