It has been three years since Sridevi breathed her last on February 24, 2018. The actress was found dead in a bathtub of a Dubai hotel and it was reported that she died of accidental drowning. Her unfortunate death came as a massive jolt for the entire nation and the massive fan following continues to miss the actress and her charm. On her third death anniversary, social media has been abuzz with tweets and posts remembering the legendary actress.

On this day, several celebrities remembered Sridevi and shared her favourite movie of the actress by which they continue to cherish her impeccable talent. Sharad Malhotra, who was seen playing the lead in Naagin 5, revealed that he loves Sridevi’s Mr India. Talking about the same, the actor said, “The film has a sizzling performance by Sridevi and her comic timings are excellent. I loved the way she danced to the tunes of Hawa Hawai. I think she killed it in Kaate nahi katte din ye raat. I am one of her diehard fans.”

On the other hand, Avinash Mukherjee, who is known for his portrayal of Jagiya in Balika Vadhu, stated, “I loved Sridevi in Chaalbaaz. Her double role has me in splits every time I watch the film.” Furthermore, Shristi Jain, who won hearts with her performance in Hamariwali Good News, has been in awe of Sridevi’s performance in English Vinglish and believes that the movie leaves an impression on everyone. “She’s an inspiration to many of us. She had the ability to put life to all the characters she had portrayed on screen,” Srishti added.

Meanwhile, Meera Deosthale, who is known for her performance as Chakor in Udaan, revealed that Sridevi’s romance drama Chandni happens to be her favourite movie and loves the veteran actress’ performance and expressive eyes in the movies.
