TRP Report Week 5: Kundali Bhagya witnesses a dip, Indian Idol 12 makes to top 5; Anupama’s reign continues

As BARC releases its TRP rating list of week 5, Indian Idol 12 has become the new entry in the list while Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai slips out.

TRP Report Week 5: Kundali Bhagya witnesses a dip, Indian Idol 12 makes to top 5; Anupama’s reign continues

It’s Thursday again and it is that time of the month when we get to see the TRP ratings of the top shows of Indian television. This week, BARC has released the TRP rating of the fifth week of the year from January 30, 2021, and February 5, 2021. Interestingly, while the top three slots didn’t witness any change in the ranking, there has been a change in the fourth and fifth position as Indian Idol 12 has made it to the list of top 5 shows. On the other hand, While Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has slipped out of the list, Kundali Bhagya has also witnessed a dip in the ranking.

Speaking about the first position, it is once again secured by Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupama which has garnered a ranking of 8861 impressions. The family drama has witnessed a dip in the impressions as compared to last week’s 8888 impressions. Anupama was followed by Imli who also witnessed a drop in its impressions and settles at 7447 impressions. Moving on, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, starring Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma saw an upward trend in the impression and received 7257 impressions.

On the other hand, Sony TV’s Indian Idol 12 is the new entry in the list on the fourth position which has garnered 6883 impressions. Meanwhile, Shardha Aarya and Dheeraj Dhoopar’s Kundali Bhagya has slipped to the fifth position and has garnered 6647 impressions this week while Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which was on the fifth position last week, is out of the list now following a dip in its impressions.
