THIS is what Krushna Abhishek messaged Kapil Sharma after five years

Kapil Sharma is one of the most popular comedians on Indian television. Currently, the comedian is said to be suffering from depression and alcohol abuse.

It has been a long time since Kapil Sharma appeared on the national television. There was a time when Kapil Sharma and comedy were almost synonymous. Kapil had become a household name in the country with his show Comedy Nights With Kapil. The comedian even had a huge fan base in foreign countries.

However, the comedian is currently going through a tough phase of depression and alcohol abuse, and all of these resulted in his downfall. He had suddenly vanished from the spotlight for many months until a few days back when he was snapped at the airport.

Recently, Kapil's once-upon-a-time friend, and later arch-rival, Krushna Abhishek seems to have made up his mind to bury the hatchet between the two. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Krushna spoke well of Kapil, and also said that he had asked if both could perform together. He even said that he had messaged Kapil when the latter wasn't keeping too well.

Krushna said, "When he was unwell, I was really sad. I don’t consider myself among his friends, but I want him to remain in good health. I messaged him after five years. I even told him that we can perform together if you want. He established comedians in the entertainment industry, got them respect."

A few days ago, there were reports that Krushna Abhishek will essay the role of Kapil Sharma in the latter's biopic. The biopic will be made by filmmaker Vinod Tiwari and will be titled as The Kapil Sharma-Real Hero. It will show the rags-to-riches story of the comedian, and how he made it big on the national television.
