Hunar Hali breaks down after ending 9 year marriage with Mayank Gandhi? Here's what we know
Hunar Hali was reportedly in a middle of the shoot when she got to know about her divorce finalization with Mayank Gandhi.
Television actors Hunar Hali and Mayank Gandhi finally ended their 9-year marriage. As per The Times of India, the actress was in the middle of the shoot when she got to know about the finalization of her divorce on Monday, June 9, 2026. Reportedly, she had filed for divorce in September 2025.
Hunar Hali broke down soon after getting the message. According to TOI source, “Hunar was in the middle of a scene when the proceedings concluded. Since she was shooting, she couldn’t immediately check her phone. The moment the director called ‘cut’, she looked at the messages that had come in from her team informing her that the divorce had been granted. She was overwhelmed with emotion. The moment she read the message, she broke down in tears on set. Everyone around her understood what the day meant for her.”
Hunar’s lawyer, Rugved More, confirmed the development and said, “Yes, the divorce has now been formally concluded. As is often the case in matrimonial disputes, there were certain issues relating to the divorce settlement that required resolution before the matter could be finalised."
For the unversed, Hunar and Mayank tied the knot in 2016. Earlier, while speaking to ETimes, Hunar admitted that she and Mayank are living in a LAT (Living Apart Together) marriage. "We have mastered the art of coexisting from a healthy distance. Ours is a marriage of understanding, not necessarily one of presence. I am happily married to my independence in Mumbai. Mayank’s work takes him all over," Hunar said.
On the work front, Hunar Hali has been a part of several shows such as Patiala Babes, Ek Boond Ishq, and Chhal Sheh Aur Maat. Meanwhile, Mayank earned recognition through reality TV shows and then fiction shows. Mayank won MTV Splitsvilla 7 and appeared in the TV show Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki.
