Set against the backdrop of culturally rich and vibrant Punjab, Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki depicts the power of a family in deciding the fate of their daughters, Soumya and Surbhi. Deprived of education, friends and toys, Soumya does not understand her father and Dadi's indifference towards her and only finds solace in her mother's arms. Meanwhile, Surbhi gets everything she wants, except the one thing she craves: her mother's love. What caused these heartbreaking divisions in this otherwise perfect family?
