Kareena Kapoor Khan reveals that she followed a pre-pregnancy diet upon planning to have her first child

Second-time mommy-to-be Kareena Kapoor Khan is elated to welcome yet another member to the family and bestow Taimur with the responsibility of a big brother soon. But her pre, during and post-pregnancy followed a customised curated diet. When Kareena was pregnant, it wasn’t a surprise that she looked so good and more importantly healthy, thanks to her nutritionist and dietician Rujuta’s sound advice. The health expert came out with her book called Pregnancy Notes and Kareena was in high spirits as she marked her presence for the launch. She does not preach eating exotic foods that are not really grown in India and also tells people not to give up basic foods like ghee, oil, rice, etc in order to lose weight.
