No Fathers In Kashmir Mid Movie Review: Soni Razdan starrer sheds light on realities of Kashmir
You don't have to be a Kashmiri to feel the agony and stark reality that was and has been prevailing in Kashmir. Oscar-nominated director, Ashvin Kumar's story-telling is unique, simple, raw and the will remain etched in your mind.
No Fathers in Kashmir follows the story of a girl Noor who visits Kashmir valley from London with her mother and to be with her step-father.
Later, she gets to know that her father was apparently a militant and has been missing unlike the reality she knows of him leaving his family.
Till now, the emotional quotient has been very high. A scene showcasing how she gets to know about her father's death leaves a lump in the throat.
