Ayushmann Khurrana is on a roll when it comes to the types of movies, he is being a part of. After AndhDhun, which has been touted by many as the 'FILM OF 2018', the actor has now given us the family entertainer with an unconventional storyline, Badhaai Ho. Also starring Dangal fame Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao in pivotal roles, Badhaai Ho is directed by Amit Sharma and also clashed at the box office with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer Namaste England.
When it comes to the box office collection of Day 3, i.e Saturday, Badhaai Ho garnered an impressive Rs 12.25 crore nett, according to Box Office India. The total three-day collections now stand at Rs 31.25 crore nett (Thursday - Rs 7.25 crore approx, Saturday - Rs 11.75 crore approx, Sunday - Rs 12.25 crore approx). With Sunday on the horizon, it looks like Ayushmann's film would be earning Rs 45 crore nett, which is massive for the family entertainer.

In an EXCLUSIVE interview with Pinkvilla, Ayushmann revealed some funny anecdotes from the sets of Badhaai Ho. "We had no idea that he (Gajraj Rao) had been farting throughout during the shoots. Amit (Sharma, director) used to press his finger and it was magic. We got to know about it during the climax shoot after he went to Amit and pressed his finger when mummyji (Neena Gupta) was on bed for her delivery...it was a loud fart and everybody started laughing. It was funny," Ayushmann quipped.
