Diljit Dosanjh's latest single Do You Know is winning hearts and people cannot stop raving about it. Naturally, Diljit is beaming with joy as he is flooded with compliments for the song.
Before the song released, we interviewed the Punjabi superstar, who couldn't stop gushing about the love ballad. Ask him who is the inspiration behind the song and he instantly replies, "Kylie Jenner is the inspiration. Do you Know is a romantic song shot in LA. I have sung very few romantic numbers and this is one of them. It can be understood by all because we have used easy Punjabi."
Quiz him how does he feel now that the song, which releases under his own production banner, is out and he says, "I am very excited. And I am nervous. Itna paisa lag gaya hai... wapas kaise aayenge? (laughs). But I am not scared. I could have sold the song easily. All company people told me why are you doing it? But I wanted to venture into it. I love taking risk otherwise you cannot do something new."
But does he think that it took him long to venture into production?
"Yes 100%. It took time for me to venture into production. I am from a Middle class family so I wanted to get secured first. I haven't produced a movie yet. Will do that too. I am also starting my own fashion line," admits Dosanjh.
