Kabir Singh has surpassed the third Monday with flying colours. The Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer has impressed fans like no other. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial is a massive hit among young audience. The film recorded a mind-blowing Rs 133 crore at the end of its week 1 at the box office. It went on to make another Rs 78.18 crore in its second week. Given its third weekend collections, the movie would record yet another massive collection by the end of the third week at the box office.
As per Box Office India report, Kabir Singh recorded a 50 percent drop on its third Monday at the box office. Despite the drop, Kabir Singh earned Rs 4 crore on Monday. Monday's box office collection brings Kabir Singh to a third-week collection of Rs 25.75 crore as of yet and a total collection of Rs 237 crore. The site notes that if all goes well, Kabir Singh could record the highest nett collection of 2019.
"The film is now at 237 crore nett and should become the highest NETT grosser of the year by the end of the week as long as the cricket does totally kill the business on Tuesday. The film is established so even if its gets hurt badly on Tuesday it may be able to cover back some ground on Wednesday and Thursday," the site reports. While these are good signs for the movie, Kabir Singh will have to gear up to face Hrithik Roshan's Super 30. That's not all. The movie will also have to face the ICC World Cup 2019 finals, which would impact the business of the movie.
