Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho hit the theatres last week and has been declared as a solid hit at the box office. The action thriller has been in headlines since a very long time. Fans have kept their excitement uptight ever since its announcement two years ago. The viewers are very eager to watch them pair up for the very first time. In fact, Shraddha is making her South debut with Saaho and will also play the role of a cop for the first time ever.
According to Box Office India, Saaho collected Rs 3.50 crore nett on its second Friday which is a decent score and pretty good for first week collections. In fact, the film is performing better than the new release Chhichhore, starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor. The total collections of the film in eight days are Rs 118.50 crore nett. Saaho is surely a solid HIT and could even turn out to be the best this year after Kabir Singh , Uri - The Surgical and Mission Mangal. 
Talking about Saaho, the high budgeted film has been made with nearly Rs 350 crore, which makes it the most expensive film to be produced in India. Helmed by Telugu filmmaker Sujeeth, Saaho also features Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay and Murali Sharma. The film has been shot in three languages, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
