Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday starrer Student of The Year 2 released 2 weeks ago. It was one of the much-awaited films of this year. SOTY 2 was the second part of Karan Johar's directorial Student of The Year (2012) which starred Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. It marked the debut of Alia, Varun and Sid in Bollywood.
On the other hand, SOTY 2 marked the debut of Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday in the Hindi film industry. The second part was helmed by Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar. Student of The Year 2 opened to mixed reviews from the critics as well as the audience.
As the film completes 2 years of its release, director Karan Johar shared the overall collection of SOTY 2 so far on his Instagram page. As mentioned by Karan Johar, SOTY 2's two weeks collection is Rs 68.92 crores approx. KJo shared a poster which has the collection mentioned on it. The director captioned it, "All heart and all love #SOTY2."
