EXCLUSIVE: Never experienced a cold vibe from Ravi Teja on the sets of Khiladi: Thakur Anoop Singh

Khiladi is all set to hit big screens this May and ahead of the grand release, Anoop in an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla spilled the beans about his role in the upcoming Telugu film.

Thakur Anoop Singh is all set to leave the audience amazed once again by playing a baddie alongside South star 'Ravi Teja'. He will be seen playing a stylish villain with a grey shade.  Khiladi is all set to hit big screens this May and ahead of the grand release, Anoop in an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla spilled the beans about his role in the upcoming Telugu film. Asked why he is mostly seen playing grey-shaded roles, Anoop revealed, "A role that has shades of grey have given me a greater scope of performance. It’s shown versatility as a performer I have noticed. Though am ok to play any role positive or negative but grey shade characters really bring out the best from you I felt so far."

Sharing his experience of working with Ravi Teja in Khiladi, he further revealed, "I am doing this amazing film called 'Khilaadi' it is a Telugu film directed by Ramesh Verma Sir. It is going to be remade in Hindi later. The film has an ensemble cast. Really great actors like Ravi Teja Sir and Murli Sharma ji and a couple of other actors like Arjun Sarja who is an action star in the Tamil Film Industry. And talking about Ravi Teja sir is, he is extremely approachable, makes you comfortable and also makes you laugh. And you will never feel that you're dealing with someone of that stature as he is very down to earth. I have worked with him for over 15 days and not once I have experienced a cold vibe from him, he always radiates friendly vibes from his demeanour. He is one of those few stars with whom I really enjoyed working and I look forward to working with him again." 

Asked if there was any difficulty or communication gap or any hindrance he faced while working with Ravi Teja, Thakur Anoop Singh said, "Not at all!! He has superb command over his Hindi speaking vocabulary, and I was surprised to know he’s done his schooling and college from north India; which is why it was absolutely easy to communicate with him."
