When the trailer of Avengers: Endgame came out, the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) fans touted it as the biggest film of the decade. When the movie released last Friday, this proclamation turned out to be true. Especially, in the domestic markets, given the MCU popularity in India. On Day 1, this Robert Downey Jr. film collected an astounding Rs 53.50 crore, which is exceptional beyond belief. Along with RDJ, Avengers: Endgame also stars Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner.
Taking into account Day 7, i.e. Thursday, Avengers: Endgame collected Rs 15.50 crore, according to Box Office India, which is impressive for the Hollywood superhero movie. The total collections for Avengers: Endgame so far stands at Rs 259.50 crore (Friday - Rs 53.50 crore, Saturday - Rs 52 crore, Sunday - Rs 53.50 crore, Monday - Rs 31 crore, Tuesday - Rs 27.50 crore, Wednesday - Rs 28 crore, Thursday - Rs 15.50 crore). According to the production house, the MCU film collected Rs 16.10 crore on Thursday and the total collections are Rs 260.40 crore.
