The movie as a whole skirts the corny territory. Its the simplest romcom plot Boy meets girl. He climbs a tree into her room, childhood tricks turn into grownup troubles and somewhere along the line, friendship jumps the fence. Existential crises, circumstantial woes and physical distance are placed
Suresh Nair's screenplay does not come across as effective. HASEENA PARKAR begins on a nice note and one expects the film to go on a high. Sadly that doesnt happen.
