Charmme Kaur

Indian film actress and producer, Charmme Kaur is known for working primarily in Telugu movies apart from Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films. She was born on 17th May, 1987 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. She was raised over there and also completed her education. Later, she pursued her acting career in 2002 with the Telugu film, Nee Thodu Kavali and she was only 15 years old at that time. The film was a flop but she got noticed by several filmmakers. Her next release was in 2002 during which she was seen in the Hindi film, Mujhse Dosti Karoge followed by the Tamil film, Kadhal Azhivathillai and the Malayalam film Kattuchembakam. She again made a re-entry into the Telugu Film Industry with the 2003 film Neeke Manasichhanu followed by many other films. In the year 2004, she got a major hit of her career with the Telugu film Mass for which she was also nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress followed by Chakram. One of the major hits of her career was the Telugu film named Anukokunda Oka Roju for which she won the Best Actress Award. Thereafter, she started featuring in several films and became a popular face. Other than acting, she also made her debut as a producer in 2015 with the film Jyothi Lakshmi after which she produced films like Rogue, Paisa Vasool, Mehbooba, ISmart Shankar and many more.
