Super 30 Box Office Collection Day 2: Hrithik Roshan starrer witnesses an impressive Saturday
After raking in Rs 11.75 crore nett on its opening day, Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur starrer Super 30 did an impressive business on Saturday.
Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 was off to a decent start on Friday and as per reports the drama flick has picked up well on its first Saturday at the box office. Hrithik portrays the role of mathematician Anand Kumar who trains students for IIT-JEE in Bihar. And looks like this never-before-avatar seems to have largely left the audiences impressed. After raking in Rs 11.75 crore nett on its opening day, Super 30 did an impressive business on Saturday.
According to a report in Box Office India, Super 30 saw a strong growth and minted Rs 18 crore on day 2, i.e Saturday. The film saw a huge rise in box office collection in states like Rajasthan which usually is a non-performing circuit. Surprisingly, the Hrithik Roshan starrer also has the best performance in South and the film is sure to be a hit in the Nizam/Andhra and Mysore region, the report stated.
The total collection of Super 30 now stands at Rs 29.75 crore. The box office business may be affected on Sunday due to big sporting events like the Cricket World Cup 2019 and the Wimbledon 2019 final. Apart from that, films like Kabir Singh, Article 15 and Spider-Man: Far From Home are also running well at the box office. 
Pinkvilla in its Super 30 movie review gave it three stars out of five and mentioned that the film is a story of triumph that is well-narrated but bucks down a bit for entertaining the audience with a tint of avoidable Bollywood drama.
