Every girl dreams of luscious silky hair, irrespective of what length she may want. Hair has become such a huge problem that almost everyone is dealing with its very many problems. After hair fall if there is a woe which is definitely managing to give major headaches to everyone then it has to be dry and frizzy hair. 

Given our hectic lifestyles, increasing amount of stress levels, pressure and the crazy pollution, we are left with extremely poor quality of hair. Dry, damaged hair is a common phenomenon and is something which can really pull down one’s confidence. To get rid of our tresses woe, we turn towards different types of hair styling using various tools. It is because of these very practises and also use of chemical treatments that our mane is left in poor condition. However, don’t you worry child, as we’ve got you easy and handy ways how you can naturally moisturise your hair. 

Shea butter

This is great for treating dry and damaged hair as it has great emollient properties. Just take about 2 tablespoons of shea butter and warm it for a few seconds. Apply it on the scalp and on the length of your hair. Massage it gently and leave it on for about an hour. Rinse your hair with mild cleanser followed by a conditioner.

Banana and Olive oil

Wondering how banana and olive oil create magic for hair? Well, we’ll tell you. Banana and olive oil both contain moisturising properties which both hydrate the hair and make it soft. You need 2 ripe bananas and about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend the ripe banana and mix it with the oil. Apply the mixture on damp hair and leave it on for about 15-20 minutes. Wash your hair off with water. Continue this process once a week to get the best results. 

Edd and olive oil

This is common knowledge that egg brings in the extra shine and also makes our hair extremely smooth and silky. Not just that it also helps in hair growth which again is great. Take 1 raw egg and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix the two well together and then apply it on the scalp and on the lengths of the hair. Leave it on for about an hour or two and wash it away with shampoo and conditioner. 

Aloe vera 

Aloe vera consists of photoprotective properties which helps in preventing the hair from harsh sun rays. All you need is 1/4th cup of aloe vera gel, 1 cup of water and 2-3 drops of lavender oil. Blend it all together and transfer the solution in a spray bottle. Spray it on your hair whenever you feel your hair is not settling. 

Coconut oil

Believe us when we say this but coconut oil is a blessing for all kinds of hair. We all know how South Indian women have extremely gorgeous long hair, all of it is courtesy, coconut oil. This wonder oil has moisturising properties which prevents protein loss from the hair. 

The best part is that all you need is coconut oil which you can heat for about 10 seconds in the microwave. Gently massage the oil in the scalp and leave it on for about an hour or overnight. Wash it away with mild shampoo followed by a conditioner.
