Passionate
Men are always searching for somebody they can share their passions and interests with. If the both of you have similar interests and passions, there will be nothing in your way. This will also create a deeper connection between the two of you and not to mention a strong bond.
Intelligence
Boys go for dumb blondes but men go for smart women. As opposed to what movies show, the men actually do end up with smart women. Have a stimulating conversation with a man and you will be stuck in his brain forever. You don't need to have a degree from Harvard, but you need to have basic understanding and reasoning. 
Drive
Today, almost no man wants somebody who will sit at home all day and wait for him to get back. Men love a woman with drive and those who are ambitious. They do want somebody to plan a future with them but at the same time need somebody to contribute to it.
Confidence
There is nothing sexier than a woman who is confident in her own skin and loves herself. She knows she has flaws but is okay with them nonetheless. This goes to show that she understands that everybody is flawed including you, and will love you irrespective of your flaws.

At the end of the day, guys just want somebody who makes them a better person, supports them in all their endeavours and behaves in a mature manner. No guy wants to hang around with somebody who is constantly complaining, is negative and has a bad vibe. At the end of the day, no matter what, it is most important to strive to be the best version of yourself and love yourself no matter what.
