Trish Gomez is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer. She has over 20 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness field. Her areas of expertise are clinical nutrition, chronic disease prevention and management (hypertension, heart disease and stroke, diabetes, liver disease, obesity, chronic kidney disease, cancer), general fitness/wellness, strength training, HIIT, muscle building, weight loss, meal planning and budgeting, family nutrition, healthy aging, and geriatric nutrition. She is currently employed full time at Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehabilitation Hospital, and have her own nutrition/fitness business, The 5/10/15.
