- Biography: After her appearance in the reality show Bigg Boss, Sunny Leone rose to prominence and became a household name in India. Sunny Leone, born on May 13, 1981, is an Indian Canadian actress, model, and former pornstar. Sunny Leone was born in Sarnia, Ontario, to Sikh Punjabi parents. Although Sunny’s family was Sikh, her parents enrolled her in Catholic school. Before working in the porn industry, Sunny worked at a German bakery and later, at a tax and retirement firm. At 18, Sunny Leone discovered her bisexuality but stated that she preferred men. In 2011, Leone married Musician Daniel Weber. Sunny Leone made her Bollywood debut in Pooja Bhatt’s Jism 2 (2012). Later, she appeared in movies such as Jackpot, Ragini MMS 2 and Ek Paheli Leela, among others. Although Leone appeared in 2005 as a red carpet reporter for the MTV Video Music Awards on MTV India, she, later, hosted the reality show Splitsvilla. Besides acting, Sunny Leone has been actively involved in campaigns to raise money for American Cancer Society. Later, Daniel and Sunny adopted a girl child and named her "Nisha Kaur Weber". In 2017, the couple welcomed twins via surrogacy.
