Vidya Balan on the Cover of Femina – [September 2012]

I agree PizzaPasta. I do not even notice anything about her nose, what nonsense... these haters when they can't hang they start to try and pick the person they hate apart. Vidya is perfect in my book. After watching KAHAANI & THE DIRTY PICTURE, I can conclude that she is the true deserving current queen of Bollywood of which Kangana is the princess among current popular actresses. No one else among Vidya's peers comes close, they can dream but they can't touch her level talent, grace or eloquence. She does not need to talk smack about others, clutch blockbuster heroes or flaunt frozen doll looks to prove her worth that's why she doesn't even try those fake formulas. She is just Vidya, she got the cover, don't worry about her nose. That's all.

I can't think of any other actress in the past one year,who deserves to be the covergirl of Power List more than her.She has literally carried two small budget films on her shoulders & made both blockbusters, and within a span of a few months she has played 2 characters of such stunning diversity & versatility with so much conviction & naturalness that she's literally changed the dynamics of the Hindi film heroine and raised the bar of actresses. So deserving!And as someone below said her nose might be huge,she might be huge but her talent is also equally HUGE,& frankly when you can act like Vidya who needs designer clothes or a stick thin figure???Give me Vidya's plump,healthy,some might call it fat,badly dressed bodies over size zero no talent barbies anyday.Anyways the cover looks gorgeous & sweet & VB looks lovely. For me Vidya Balan=Female Aamir Khan.A true shero. Just luv u♥♥♥

Yes yes her nose is huge, she is huge but so is her talent. No one would have been able to pull off TDP and Kahaani. Two different genre of movies with the same artist and yet two very different performances done very intelligently. She is such a breath of fresh air in this fake world of Bollywood. An outsider, who looks like an outsider, dresses like an outsider, speaks like an outsider, and has a name like an outsider is making big in Indian cinema not just in Bollywood. She is a class above all the other actresses who have claimed to be on top of Bollywood by some overzelled journo's and fans. Whatever she has achieved, naam mein badnaam nehi hoowa hein, naam houwa hein but is because of her choice of women centric role and the fact that she is able to carry a movie on her shoulders. You definitely needs strong shoulders to do so, not those nazouk ones that most actresses have where the reliance is on the male lead and they dance around in their skimpy skirts or even in their traditional sarees, still the concept is the same, they are dancing around and are arm candies. Nothing more. Big Balan is more. Yes she is huge, but only somebody huge can deliver the way she does and boy she delivers.
