Priyanka Chopra, born on 18 July 1982 in Jamshedpur, Bihar, is an Indian actress, singer, producer, model and philanthropist. Although Priyanka aspired to pursue aeronautical engineering but due to her modeling career, joined the Indian film industry and made her debut in 2003 with the movie Hero. After a series of movies, Priyanka finally earned recognition with the movie Fashion where she portrayed the role of a troubled model. In 2015, Priyanka Chopra started her international career as Alex Parrish with the thriller series Quantico, and became the first South Asian to be a part of an American network series.
