Now, there is confirmed information that the sequel is indeed being made and the film will have a major twist in its plot. As per sources, Bunty Aur Babli's sequel will be set in today’s time. The original film was released 14 years ago and the makers are definitely looking forward to package and present the film for today’s young audience. The sequel will take a huge time leap forward. It has now been confirmed that Gully Boy actor, Siddhant Chaturvedi is the new Bunty. The actor became a heartthrob among the younger fans with his electrifying performance as MC Sher in Zoya Akhtar’s classic film, Gully Boy. The actor has surely bagged his dream role in this Yash Raj film.
The production house is rebooting this film completely. Siddhant Chaturvedi caught everyone’s eye with his brilliant acting in his debut film and that has got him a YRF film as his second film. This young and dynamic actor is surely the one to lookout for in the industry. The source also adds that given the film and the role the actor definitely comes across as the perfect casting for this sequel. Everyone is now looking forward to see who the new Babli is as YRF could have a super fresh casting at play here which we have to watch out for.
