EXCLUSIVE: BB14 winner Rubina Dilaik on relationship with Abhinav Shukla: We see each other growing together
Rubina Dilaik, during her stint on Bigg Boss 14, had revealed that her marriage with Abhinav Shukla was going through a rocky path.
Rubina Dilaik has all the reasons to be on cloud nine. After all, the actress has emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 14. The diva, who was among the first contestants of the popular reality show, had her share of ups and downs. She went on to defy all the odds and lifted the winner’s trophy during the grand finale on February 21 this year. While Rubina’s journey has been quite incredible, what caught everyone’s attention was her revelation about her troubled marriage with Abhinav Shukla. The couple, who had entered the house together, had revealed that they had given their relationship a second chance by entering the BB house.
While Rubina stated that their marriage was on the brink of divorce, there were reports that the couple might part ways post their stint in Bigg Boss 14, Abhinav had rubbished the rumours. And now Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina, in an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, has also opened up on the future of their relationship. She said, “I definitely see a beam of light there. We came with our uncertainties in the relationship. We stepped out with a certain strength in each other. We see each other growing together in times to come.”
Earlier, Abhinav had also opened up on his equation with Rubina and stated, “Everything is fine now. There’s no divorce happening. The show made us stronger and strengthened our bond. When we were discussing the show before giving a nod to it, I jokingly told Rubina that once you see the fights inside the BB house, you might forget the little fights we had. Jo tab humko badi lagti thi, woh actually bahut choti-choti ladaiyaan thi. During our stay in the house, we realised that we were making a fuss about small issues. Now, when she comes out of the house, hopefully after the grand finale, we will look into our issues and will solve them.”
