I gave up six films for Paani: Sushant Singh Rajput

The actor who has us mighty impressed with his acting chops, Sushant Singh Rajput is ardently waiting for Shekhar Kapur’s Paani.

The film which has been delayed by a decade, Paani is one of the most ambitious projects of Kapur. And with Sushant as the male lead, the film has piqued interests.

But when will it commence is still not known."A film with a budget of over Rs 120 crore takes time. But I have been told that in October they will tell me exactly when it will start. I gave up six films for this one,” Sushant revealed to Mumbai Mirror.

He also has M.S Dhoni biopic which is midway through. He has as many as seven scripts in hand and plans to give nod to three at least. "By the end of the year there should be some announcements. The filmmakers wanted to make them immediately but I told them to hold on till the Dhoni biopic was halfway through and they had fixed a timeline. Otherwise there would be more talk about delays," said the Byomkesh Bakshy star.
