EXCLUSIVE: Rohit Shetty to return with Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 11; Will start shooting from Summer 2021
Rohit Shetty presently is busy shooting for his next directorial Cirkus that features Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead
After Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 14 concluded on February 21 with Rubina Dilaik bagging the winner’s trophy, reality show fans must be missing their daily dose of entertainment from television. However, we have learnt that the viewers will not have to wait for long as another popular reality show is already in the works. Pinkvilla has learnt that Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi will soon return to the small screen to entertain the audience. Actress Karishma Tanna had won the previous season.
“As per his contract Rohit has already committed for two seasons of Khatron Ke Khiladi and will start shooting for season 11 from Summer this year. As of now the plan is to shoot it abroad like they do with every season. They are on the hunt for a location where they can film safely. However, a final call on the shooting location will be taken at a later date keeping the Covid-19 situation in mind,” informs a source close to the development.
Rohit Shetty has earlier hosted seasons five, six, eight, nine and ten. In August 2020, the makers had even introduced Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made in India which actress Nia Sharma had won. 
Rohit is presently busy shooting for his next Cirkus that features Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead. Varun Sharma and Johnny Lever play pivotal roles in the film, while reportedly Deepika Padukone too makes a special appearance in this much-awaited comedy. Meanwhile, fans are eagerly waiting for the Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi to release in theatres. An announcement of the upcoming cop-drama’s release date is soon expected.
