EXCLUSIVE: Kriti Sanon's next film to revolve around surrogacy; read details
After making interesting choices like Bareilly Ki Barfi and Luka Chuppi, Kriti has now okayed yet another concept-driven film. This will also be backed by her good friend and producer Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films.
Of all the actresses from the younger generation, there are a few who are known to make interesting choices when it comes to their films. Kriti Sanon's track record at the box office has been quite astonishing in the recent past. With successful films like Bareilly Ki Barfi and Luka Chuppi, she has cemented her position in the industry. She has several films lined up this year - Arjun Patiala, Housefull 4 and Panipat. We hear Kriti has now green lit another project that will mostly hit screens in 2020.
Says a source, "Kriti has been approached for a concept driven film by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films. She's a usual favourite with the banner and now, they are repeating her yet again for anoher movie they are planning. It's something completely different from what she has done in the past."
What's the film about? The informer adds, "It's a film that will revolve around surrogacy. When she was offered the movie, she loved the script and has given her verbal nod to the film already. It's a challenging part, since it will completely revolve around her character, who's the central protagonist."

This will also be her first project which will completely be shouldered by her. "Kriti has proved that she's a bankable heroine today and Dinu is known for his acute business sense. He will budget the film well and make sure it does wonders for both his production and the actress." We'll wait for the official confirmation on the same.
