Tiger Shroff has sold his luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Khar for Rs 15.6 crore, marking a profitable return on his 2018 investment in Rustomjee Paramount.
Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Khar for Rs 15.60 crore, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The deal was officially registered this month on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra.
The property is located in Rustomjee Paramount, a premium residential development in Khar. Records show that Shroff had purchased the flat in 2018 for Rs 11.62 crore. With the recent sale, the actor has made a healthy return on his investment over a span of seven years, as per Business Standard.
Details of Tiger Shroff’s Khar apartment sale
According to the registration documents, the apartment has a carpet area of 1,989.72 sq. ft. (184.85 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 2,189 sq. ft. (203.34 sq. m.). The deal also includes three car parking spaces.
The transaction attracted a stamp duty of Rs 93.60 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000. The buyer’s name has not been disclosed in the registration records available online.
Khar is considered one of Mumbai’s most sought-after real estate markets. It offers a mix of luxury residential and commercial spaces and attracts both homebuyers and investors. The area is well-connected through the Western Express Highway, upcoming metro corridors, and is close to Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and the Mumbai airport, making it a prime location for property buyers.

Square Yards’ analysis of IGR data suggests that despite fluctuations in the market, luxury properties in areas like Khar have maintained steady appreciation, giving sellers like Shroff a profitable exit.
