EXCLUSIVE: Before Takht, Ranveer Singh to begin shoot for Jayeshbhai Jordaar THIS month

Ranveer Singh has been one busy actor with multiple projects in his kitty. Be it '83 where he plays the iconic Kapil Dev or before that Murad in Gully Boy, or Simmba in Simmba, Ranveer has nailed each and every character like a pro. Now, he will be soon seen in a historical inspired character for Takht. While Takht begins next year, Ranveer will be completing another film in the between. According to sources, Ranveer begins shooting for Jayeshbhai Jordaar, a slice of life film, this month.

"Ranveer will begin shooting for Jayeshbhai Jordaar this month-end in a two-month schedule. Ranveer plays a Gujarati businessman in the movie and has already started prepping up for it. Post this, Ranveer will begin shooting for Takht for which he will be transforming his body yet again and hence, wants to wrap up JJ before that," a source reveals. Jayeshbhai Jordaar releases next year and will star Arjun Reddy-famed South actress Shalini Pandey as the female lead.

Ranveer has been pretty excited about the role. He had, in an earlier interview, said that he jumped onto it as soon as he heard about it.
