EXCLUSIVE: Salman Khan - Shah Rukh Khan's Jab Harry Met Sejal is a more appropriate title than Tubelight
Salman Khan talks about Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie Jab Harry Met Sejal's title.
Salman Khan's Tubelight is all set to hit the screens this Friday and the fans can barely contain their excitement. Ahead of the movie's massive release, we caught up with the superstar and spoke to him about all things Tubelight.
When we asked Salman about Shah Rukh Khan's cameo in the movie, he revealed, "SRK has done the cameo in the movie. And we had an amazing time. It was good. He came one night. We shot it at Film City. He has done a really good job. I just saw that and you can actually feel in the scene towards the end of it, because of the character SRK plays, he is laughing at me. So, in the end, he actually feels bad for this man who is slow. He feels the yakeen and wants my character (Tubelight) to grow in life and is able to take care of himself."
Interestingly, since Salman Khan had launched the first poster of Shah Rukh's now titled movie Jab Harry Met Sejal. Quiz Salman if he has a cameo in the Imtiaz Ali movie and the actor vehemently denies it. "I don't have a cameo in Jab Harry Met Sejal," admits Khan.
Quiz him what he thinks about the movie's title and Salman states, "It must be going with the film. Jab Harry Met Sejal, would be a more appropriate title than Tubelight. There must be a Harry and there must be a Sejal and they would have met. They won't take any title and slap it to the film. Like Tubelight is titled that way because this character is slow. Tubelight is a dangerous title to have. Tubelight ke baad fir kya? Washing Machine, Fan...?"
