EXCLUSIVE: Kareena Kapoor Khan to shoot for Hindi Medium's sequel alongside Irrfan Khan before Takht?
Kareena Kapoor Khan signed as the leading lady for Hindi Medium's sequel opposite Irrfan Khan. Read when does she begin shooting for the movie.
After several speculations, it is finally known that Kareena Kapoor Khan has signed Hindi Medium 2 along with Irrfan Khan. The movie is a sequel to Irrfan Khan starrer Hindi Medium which performed exceptionally well at the box office. Kareena has been signed as a lead opposite Irrfan and while many reports suggest that it is extended cameo, reliable sources inform that the movie will see her in an important lead role. The actress will shoot for the movie in London and now Pinkvilla has exclusively learnt that Bebo will shoot for the sequel before beginning the shoot of Takht, the period drama to be directed by Karan Johar.
Yes, that's right! While many thought Bebo will jump onto shooting for the period film after Good News which she is currently shooting, we have learnt that just before diving into that era, Kareena will complete Hindi Medium 2. Meanwhile, Irrfan will resume work with Hindi Medium 2 after having successfully recovered from cancer. Irrfan had announced the shocking news earlier last year but after a long treatment in The United States, the actor was recently spotted at the Mumbai airport where he tried hiding his face. 
Speaking of Hindi Medium 2, according to reports, Hindi Medium’s sequel might not be titled Hindi Medium 2 but English Medium. The story will reportedly revolve around Irrfan’s daughter who goes to the US to study.
