Known for making our hearts ache in Boys Over Flowers, singer-songwriter and actor Kim Hyun Joong has been away from the limelight for quite some time. However, he recently made an appearance back in the industry in director Kim Si Woo's new film, Indian Pink, about the devilish nature of humans hidden behind an innocent smile. Indian Pink premiered on February 18 and despite being an indie film has already received rave reviews from experts at the International Film Festival, who applauded Kim Hyun Joong's performance.

The 34-year-old actor, model and singer plays a character with a friendly appearance, but behind that image, he hides a heartless person who is capable of the evilest acts without having a bit of consideration. This was one of Kim Hyun Joong's first activities after completing a lengthy legal process that put his career on hiatus, and although he did not originally feel confident about taking the role, this film led him to rediscover his passion for acting.

In addition, Indian Pink is the first film starring the singer and actor, since previously he had only participated in the film industry by lending his voice to a character.

I've been wanting to watch it since it was made known and I feel bad that they haven't made it available everywhere.
