EXCLUSIVE: Sajid Nadiadwala & Karan Johar Join Hands for Abhishek Varman's Two-Hero Film

Post the success of 2 States (2014), audiences have been eagerly waiting for director Abhishek Varman's next. Last year, the news was doing the rounds that that the filmmaker is ready to announce his next film - a period love story set on partition.
Now, sources close to the production house, informed PinkVilla that Abhishek's next is indeed a period film, and it will have two male actors in the lead. The source also added that the film will be produced by Karan Johar & Sajid Nadiadwala. This will be a second outing for the trio, Abhishek-KJo-Sajid, whose last film 2 States had successful run at the box-office.
An official announcement for the project is yet-to-be made. The casting for the film is in process.
