Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's Jagga Jasoos is nearing its release date and the promotions of the movie have already kickstarted. Today, a new song from the movie will be releasing and before that, we got our hands on a new still from the movie that has intrigued us!
In the photo, both Ranbir and Katrina are flaunting their geeky avatar as they look puzzled about something. While Ranbir is dressed in a white shirt and a black suit, Katrina is seen wearing a chequered dress with a white apron. She seems to be playing the role of a waitress in this particular scene.
Interestingly, during the shoot of Jagga Jasoos in Morocco, director Anurag Basu was pleasantly surprised to see a huge crowd gathering outside the venue, only to catch a glimpse of both Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif.
“Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are extremely popular in many parts of the world, but I was shocked to see they have a huge fan following in Morocco!! Honestly, what I saw was totally unbelievable,” says Anurag Basu.
He added, "People recognized Ranbir and Katrina and knew their movies too. In fact, a lot of fans waited just to meet or click a pic with the actors. As the word spread, the crowded kept growing bigger and bigger!"
After getting delayed for months, Jagga Jasoos is finally slated to release on July 14, 2017. The movie will be clashing with Shraddha Kapoor and Siddhanth Kapoor's Haseena. Saif Ali Khan's Chef and Sridevi's Mom were both also scheduled to hit the screens on the same day. But now, both the films' release date has been rescheduled.
