Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Bharat is entering its second weekend today. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial, which released on the occasion of Eid 2019, hit the cinemas amidst mixed reviews. The movie registered a whopping Rs 41.75 crores nett on its opening day and entered the Rs 100-crore club shortly after. However, Bharat has witnessed a slowdown this week. As the movie is set to complete ten days at the box office, Bharat failed to register a spot in the Rs 200-crore club.

As per Box Office India report, Bharat cashed in another estimate Rs 5.25 crores on Thursday, Day 9. The box office collection of Bharat now stands at Rs 172.50 crore. The box office site reports that the Thursday numbers were expected to be lower than it actually is considering the India v New Zealand match was scheduled to take place. However, since the match was a washout, it could have led to interested audiences walking into the theatres. "The collections of the film are by far holding better in Delhi / UP and East Punjab. It could be in week two that Delhi / UP is scoring better numbers than Mumbai," the site reports.

Bharat has huge competition from the World Cup over the weekend. The Salman Khan starrer has to stand up against India v Pakistan match. The cricket match is set to take place on Sunday and there are chances that the country will be glued to their television screen instead of buying tickets to a movie.

It'll be a semi-hit or average. Which is fine, but not so great directly after a critical and financial flop like Race 3. I don't understand why inflate collections. Hardcore fans won't save a flop film if they don't think it's a flop. Khans are out of steam. If Aamir thinks he'll make money copying Hollywood again, not just Hollywood, one of the most famous movies of all time, he's a bigger idiot than I thought. SRK is at least putting some thought into next release, but now is missing a whole year.

3rd disaster for him in a row. Though fake collections and reviews satisfy his ego and fool his ex who thinks she can act.

With all fake collections

It’s a flop

its struggling to get BB tag and ending up with a semi hit tag. SK paid critics and fake BO numbers still his movie is a flop. He went out of his way to promote his movie and does unusual stuff which he normally doesn't .

The movie was okay the first time, i got forced to go again because my friend needed company. Oddly, i really like the movie the second time. It’s actually a good movie
