Box Office Report: 'Welcome Back' does steady business on first Monday

John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar and Shruti Haasan's 'Welcome Back' has been going steady at the box office. After collecting 51 crores in its opening weekend, the movie has earned 7.25 crores on its first Monday.

According to Box Office India, 'Welcome Back' held up well on Monday but could have been higher. The film showed a drop of over 50% in big cities. The film's total has now gone up to Rs. 57.75 crores.

While the Anees Bazmee movie fared well in Gujarat, CP Berar, CI, UP and Rajasthan, it witnessed a major drop in Mumbai and East Punjab. Going with the trend it appears that the film will close its first week collections at around Rs. 75 crores.
