Kedarnath 2nd Saturday Box Office collection: Sushant Singh Rajput, Sara Ali Khan starrer continues steady run
While Sara Ali Khan is busy with the promotions of Simmba, her debut film Kedarnath is doing good business at the Box Office.
Sara Ali Khan's Bollywood debut with film Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput has grabbed everyone’s attention. Her confidence, personality and on-screen performance has only earned a huge fan following for the actress. Kedarnath dwindled in delays and controversies galore but finally, it got released on December 7 and the film is witnessing good run at the Box Office. Kedarnath is a love story set against the backdrop of the Uttarakhand Floods.
The film had a decent opening day collection of Rs 7.25 crore. Then, on Day 2, there was an upward growth of 35% with the film raking in Rs 9.75 crore. Going forward with the upward trend, Kedarnath collected an impressive Rs 10.75 crore on Day 3, i.e. Sunday. Overall in week one, Sushant and Sara’s film collected Rs 42 crore net approx. The film is doing its decent business and has managed to earn around Rs 3.50-3.75 crore nett on its second Saturday, according to Box Office India. With this, Kedarnath has done a total business of Rs 48.25 crore approx and is expected to end the second week to around Rs 10 crore. The film will continue stead run until Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero release at the Box Office on December 21. 
Sara is aware that people love her for her honest and real behaviour. Talking about the same, Sara recently told PTI, "People appreciate the fact that I am real. I endeavour to be most real person. I don’t think too much and try to be as organic as I can. I do make mistakes. With the same token you get appreciation and criticism as well and you have to take it the same way."
