Sanju Box-Office: Ranbir Kapoor's movie inches closer to Rs 200 crore mark
Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju is creating ripples at the domestic box-office and is inching closer to the Rs 200 crore mark. Along with Ranbir's impeccable performance as Sanjay Dutt, Vicky Kaushal and Paresh Rawal's act were also appreciated.
Ranbir Kapoor has aced his portrayal of Sanjay Dutt to perfection in his biopic, Sanju. The movie chronicles the life of the controversial actor from the 80s when he debuted with Rocky up until he got out of jail in 2016.
The audience has been so impressed with the movie that they are flocking to the theatres. For the first Wednesday, Sanju impressively collected Rs 18.25 crore nett approx, according to Box Office India.
The total collections now stand at Rs. 184.58 (Friday - Rs 34,19,00,000 apprx, Saturday - Rs 38,41,00,000 apprx, Sunday - Rs 46,73,00,000 apprx, Monday - Rs 25,25,00,000 apprx, Tuesday - Rs 21,50,00,000 apprx, Wednesday - Rs 18,25,00,000 apprx).
According to studio figures, Wednesday collections of Sanju stand at Rs 18.90 crore and the total collection so far is Rs 186.41 crore.

Meanwhile, Sanju also stars Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt, Manisha Koirala as Nargis Dutt, Vicky Kaushal as Dutt's best friend Kamli, Anushka Sharma as the biographer, Dia Mirza as Maanayata Dutt, Sonam Kapoor as Ruby, Jim Sarbh, Boman Irani and Karishma Tanna in pivotal roles. 
Along with Ranbir, Vicky and Paresh's performances have been admired the most by the audience. A success bash was held recently and Ranbir was in the highest of spirits. The actor was seen video calling Vicky, who is currently in Serbia shooting for Uri.
